In future, the global packaging machine manufacturer Erca S.A.S. will be headed up by two executives. Olivier Chevreteau and Jean-Claude Liégeois have been appointed as Managing Directors effective from 15.05.2020.

Both managers have several decades of management experience and know-how in the packaging industry. Prior to joining Erca S.A.S, Olivier Chevreteau worked for the French Serac Group for more than 12 years; the last three years as Sales Director Europe, CIS, Middle East and Africa. Olivier Chevreteau has more than 30 years of experience in the packaging industry.

Jean-Claude Liégois worked also for the Serac Group for more than 27 years; the last three years as CEO of Serac S.A.S. and Vice President of the Serac Group. 'With Olivier Chevreteau and Jean-Claude Liégeois with their long-lasting international experience in the packaging machine business, we were able to hire two successful managers to run Erca S.A.S. and to move forward,” emphasizes Thomas Becker, CEO and partner of the IMA DAIRY & FOOD group, to which Erca belongs.

In their new positions at the helm of Erca S.A.S. they are responsible for the following tasks: Olivier Chrevreteau is responsible for the Courtaboeuf site (near Paris) and is therefore responsible for sales and service. Jean-Claude Liégeois is responsible for the Falaise site (in Normandy) and is therefore responsible for research and development, production and operations.

The Falaise location was strengthened by the concentration of the complete production of the form, fill and seal machines as well as the new fill and seal machines for pre-formed cups that were added to the portfolio.
