Mr. Pedersen, formerly the President of Ornua Ingredients North America, brings over two decades of experience in the specialty ingredients industry, demonstrating success in driving transformative growth in various sectors of the food value chain. With expertise in sales, finance, and operations on both domestic and international fronts, Pedersen aims to accelerate QualiTech's growth and solidify its position as an industry leader.

As the majority owner of QualiTech, MidOcean Partners' Managing Director, Steven Loeffler, expressed enthusiasm about Pedersen's appointment, emphasizing his extensive background in the ingredients sector and his strategic leadership skills. Loeffler anticipates that Pedersen's leadership will enable QualiTech to leverage its robust ingredient portfolio, capitalize on existing opportunities, and expand into new markets.

Pedersen's prior experience includes leadership roles at Agrana Fruit North America and Fonterra, where he focused on initiatives for profitable growth and financial management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
